The on-boarding of your data on our customer data platform is not needed (we will have already done so using our own dataset); however, you can integrate our data with your own online or offline CRM, if desired.

Direct Intelligence constantly performs the identification process of users, onboarding them into its proprietary customer data platform and thus connecting contact information, socio-demographics, behavioural and interest-based data for each user,

Direct Intelligence owns a large set of proprietary data. The dataset includes socio-demographic user data (such as name, surname, gender, age, residence, phone number and email address), interest-based user data (classified on the IAB standard Content Taxonomy), and behavioural user data (such as pages viewed, on-page interactions and time spent on page).
IAB based taxonomy
Direct Intelligence adopts the IAB Content Taxonomy Version 2.0. This market standard taxonomy is machine-readable and incorporates ID mapping through a JSON file. Site content is listed with more than 400 classifications across 29 tiers. Each real user belonging to the Direct Intelligence dataset is associated with one or more IAB IDs, ensuring the most accurate targeting actions ever.
Self-provisioning go-to-market platform
Direct Intelligence allows its clients to make one-to-one marketing actions directly through a self-service platform. Clients can make actions on their hottest visitors without switching between different marketing platforms. Clients just have to create their campaigns (sms, email, call, drive-to-store and display/video advertising ) by setting the desired budget on the platform.
